This process is not a decal. It is a continuous tone photographic image process that actually becomes part of the tile.
Each project is unique and we will create a mock-up of your photo mural so you can see the tile placement before ordering.

All tile sizes and the final resulting mural size is dependent on size of the base tile used including spacers.
The exact size of a completed product will vary based on tile type, spacer size and manufacture date.
As well, individual tile sizes within a tile type and size will vary slightly and therefore the final size of your product will vary.
We cannot guarantee the final 'exact' size of your product.
IMPORTANT: Once your art on tile is complete, the tiles should not be cut or drilled at all.
Also please note, all murals and accents are Custom Made at the time of order.
Because each product is Custom Made for you, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds
Damaged Tiles
Upon receipt of your mural please inspect your mural for any damage.
We will, at our cost, replace any damaged tiles you receive if we are notified of said damage within 3 days of delivery.
Just email us with the identification number that is on the back of the tile and we will remake them and send them right out!
